2.  A copy of a current survey
3.  A list of improvements  completed within the last 1-5 years
4.  A copy of your  appraisal if you ordered one within the past 12 months
5.  Mortgage Balances on all liens on the property
6.  For Condominium owners:  A copy of your Master Deed
